These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ResFly. By creating an account, connecting an integration, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use ResFly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
The ResFly service
ResFly provides tools for residency program scheduling, communication, attendance, evaluations, educational administration, file organization, reporting, and related workflows. Features may change as the service develops.
Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may use ResFly only for lawful professional and educational purposes and only within the permissions granted by your program.
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, or use ResFly to violate another person’s rights.
Program data and responsibilities
Programs and users retain their rights in information they submit to ResFly. You grant ResFly the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that information to provide and secure the service.
Programs are responsible for determining which information is appropriate to enter, managing user access, complying with applicable institutional policies and laws, and maintaining any records or backups required independently of ResFly.
Third-party integrations
ResFly may connect to services such as Google Drive, Microsoft 365, email providers, and hosting platforms. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms and privacy policies. You authorize ResFly to exchange information with a connected service only as needed to perform actions you request or enable.
Medical and operational disclaimer
ResFly is an administrative and educational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose or treat patients, replace clinical judgment, or guarantee compliance with accreditation, employment, scheduling, or recordkeeping requirements. Users and programs must independently verify information used for clinical, personnel, or regulatory decisions.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ResFly available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ResFly and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, security risks, nonpayment where applicable, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Users may stop using ResFly at any time and may request account or data deletion subject to applicable retention requirements.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@resfly.app.
